The IEEE Symposium on Design and Diagnostics of Electronic Circuits and Systems provides a forum for exchanging ideas, discussing research results, and presenting practical applications in the areas of design, test, and diagnosis of microelectronic circuits and systems.
DDECS 2009 was taken place in April 2009 in Liberec, in the northest part of Czech Republic. The symposium was organised by the Technical University of Liberec, co-sponsored by the Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC) of the IEEE Computer Society .
