How to register into DDECS 2009

1. The registration for participation in DDECS 2009 must be also made in:
   
   
   (If You are not registered yet, click on Create Account. Fill in all the fields, do not forget the V.A.T. number (if applicable). These data, you enter here, will be used later in invoice and payment confirmation – please fill them carefully.)
   
    
2. Log into ConfTool - on Welcome screen click on registration for participation. Fill in carefully all the requested fields and do the registration (do not forget to Confirm the Registration Terms). Now You are the Registered Participant.
    
3. Registered participants have access to the invoice; please print it and manage the payment:
   • We prefer bank transfer; if You select that, please, manage payment according to the information printed on your Invoice. Do not forget to state your Variable symbol – this is the only way how to identify Your payment.
   • If You select payment by charging your credit card You have to fill and sign the printed Invoice and send it to us (by fax +420 485 353 112 or by e-mail ddecs2009@tul.cz)
   
    
4. Your payment should be completed by March 20, 2008. In other case your paper will not be published in the Symposium Proceedings

The Registration fee includes admission to all workshop sessions, one copy of the DDECS Proceedings, a coffee break refreshments, 3 lunches, a dinner and a social event with banquet.

Accompanying Person: Payment for accompanying person includes 3 lunches, a dinner and a social event with banquet. To register an accompanying person, please send e-mail to organizers.

Applications for the student reduced fee should contain a written proof.

Cancellations / Refunds
Cancelation and refunds will be made upon a written request for cancellation if received before April 1, 2009. Write to: Zdenek Pliva, Technical university of Liberec, FM – dept. ITE, Studentska 2, 461 17 Liberec, Czech Republic. All refunds are reduced of 10% processing fee.
